They have a certain charm in their uglyness, kinda how a pug dog is hideous, but still cute!

I have to admit it, I call these the ugly Cadillacs too, but I love them at the same time, I also have a Gargantuan Lincoln that I drive that is often refferd to as the Ugly Lincoln by people, and I take no offence by it!

It's nice to see one in original White on white like this, great capture!

There are lots of great looking Cadillacs out there.

This isn't one of them. This is basically a steel box that GM Styling Division forgot to style.

I'd use the pug dog analogy with the '59 Cadillac. This is all square and blunt, like a breadbox with ugly chrome squares hung on it. The design doesn't just create aerodynamic drag, it's a drag visually as well.

To each their own of course, I like the 59's, but I also would never cal them areodynamic... not much from that era is.

I do find 56 and 57 Chevrolets to be pretty ugly though, I'd prefer a 57 Plymouth over a 57 Chev any day!

The '59 Cadillac doesn't offend the eye nearly as much as it offends the wind.

I don't mind the '57 Chevrolet; the '58, though, looks terrible.
